1. Phone Conversation: Understanding Your Needs

Our process begins with a phone conversation where we'll discuss your remodeling needs, goals, preferences, and timeline. This initial conversation allows us to get to know you better and understand the general scope of your project and whether we would be a good fit to provide you the services that you need.

2. Home Visit and Scope Definition: Bringing Your Vision to Life

Next, we'll schedule a home visit to assess your space and discuss your vision in more detail. During this visit, we'll further define the scope of the project and provide valuable insights and recommendations based on our expertise.

3. bALLPARK RANGE OF iNVESTEMENT: sETTING eXPECTATIONS

After the home visit, we'll provide you with a ballpark range of investment for your project. This is a non-binding, informal quotation range that will give you a clear understanding of what to expect in terms of cost and help you make informed decisions moving forward.

4. Design & Pricing Agreement: Solidifying the Plan

Once we've agreed on the scope and investment range, we'll enter into a Design and Pricing Agreement. To initiate this phase, we'll require a retainer fee, which is 4-7% of the ballpark range of investment and enables us to allocate dedicated resources, including time and expertise, to develop a comprehensive design plan and pricing proposal tailored to your specific needs. If we are authorized to complete at least 90% of the work proposed, the retainer fee will be credited in full against the cost of construction. If a client elects not to enter the construction agreement the retainer fee is non-refundable.

5. Project Development & Detailed Design: Streamlined Collaboration

With the retainer in place, we can engage in professional collaboration using tools like CoConstruct to streamline communication, design revisions, and material selections, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

One of the cornerstones of our project development process is the collection of on-site detailed measurements. Our experienced team will visit your home to take precise measurements of the space, ensuring that every aspect of the design is tailored to fit your specific dimensions and requirements. From skilled craftsmen to experienced subcontractors, our team works closely with you and our trade partners to bring your vision to life with precision and expertise.
